![]() ![]() People were giving up and trudging up the stairs to their rooms.(FYI the stairs are past the arcade. There is only one main one, and when you have antsy little kids and arms full of stuff its a pain. you waited, and waited more than a few minutes. It makes me wonder what else we missed out on. I found out at check out that we were supposed to get a list of activities going on, we didn't. When we left, even the people at the front desk were confused about how our bill looked. I did think your breakfast buffet was awesome, there was something there for everyone in my family. The taller lady was very nice, we saw her a few times through our stay, and she tried to answer our questions. The short woman in the Quest area was rude to us when we were trying to figure out what we needed to do, and what wand was included. I have never watched her hold so still for something, she still wears her sash. The lady who gave my little girl her scoops and sprinkles treatment was awesome. People trying to buy things were leaving too. We waited 20 minutes the last time and gave up. In addition to our indoor waterpark- you will find the Northern Lights arcade with over 100 redemption arcade games and Bikos 3-D Theater- an interactive. The kids really wanted theirs, but each time we went to get them the line was taking forever. Also, having one person for tatoos in the swim shop while there is a line out the doors of kids trying to get them was disappointing. If there had been more than one person in there for when games ate credits and kid needed more, the lines would have moved faster. My kids kept asking what that was.( I am not saying it was coming from vending, but it was in that area.) The lines in the arcade were huge, my older two spent so much time waiting to get their card, and add money to it. Once you got by the vending area, it reeked of pot smoke.all the time. Our room was nice, we were down the hall from the arcade, but what I didn't like was consistently walking through pot smoke. They were able to add us on, but we had wasted time waiting around for the animal for a hour already, time we could have been doing something else, plus my youngest, who it was really for, was so tired she really wasn't sure what was going on when they did arrive. When 9:35 came around and no one had came, I called the front desk, and they said they had missed us. We were missed for the second night we tried to get cookies. I was told on the phone when I made the reservation that it was at a discounted rate and that was why it was best to add it to the reservation then and not at the time of check in. I am still not sure looking at the cobbled up print out we had to go to the front desk for and to have it decoded, that we were charged correctly for the passes and breakfasts. ![]() If I hadnt asked about the passes, breakfast and cookies we had added to our reservation he wouldnt have got them on there. We got in later than we wanted because of a bad snow storm, when we got there the man at the front had our reservation all messed up. Our stay was alright, there were a few things I was disappointed with. ![]()
